The new entity combines the competences of Altavia Kamikaze - a creative and communication agency with a technological DNA, present on the market for 18 years; with the competences of K2 Create - a creative agency with a 26-year history, a precursor of the digital sector in Poland; and K2 Precise - specialising in media campaigns, including performance, SEO, content and martech solutions. Your qualifications

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in TV planning and buying within an agency.
  
  
• You manage the work of others and can coordinate team activities.
  
  
• You are proficient in English at a B2 level.
  
  
• You have experience in offering TV products and participating in tenders.
  
  
• You possess strong managerial, presentation skills and excel at collaborating with clients.

• Mandatory: knowledge of Polish language at C2 level

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing multiscreen strategies that maximize audience reach and engagement.
• Collaborating with clients to create effective media plans that align with campaign objectives.
• Negotiating terms and executing the purchase of TV and other media.
• Optimizing campaigns using tools such as Arianna and AdvantEdge.
• Participating in pitch presentations, developing TV products, and supporting new business efforts.
