What We’re Looking For
Are you proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about client relationships? We are seeking a Print and POS Project coordinator to thrive in a dynamic environment and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Your Responsibilities
As our Print and POS Project manager, your key duties will include:
- Project Leadership: Lead and oversee ongoing projects, overcome obstacles, gather necessary data, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality products and an outstanding customer experience on time, every time.
- Planning and Execution: Break projects into actionable tasks, set deadlines, analyze risks and opportunities, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, from concept to delivery.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Maintain clear communication between clients, production, design, development, sales, logistics, project management, pre-production, and finance, particularly during operational meetings.
- Client Support: Provide exemplary customer service, maintain strong client and supplier relationships, ensure deliverables are met, and contribute to increasing revenue.
- Problem Solving: Seek technical advice and efficiently resolve production challenges. Quickly address client concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Reporting and Monitoring: Prepare work plans, progress reports, and detailed production sheets. Keep internal tools updated in real time.
- Communication: Provide regular updates on project status to internal teams as needed and to clients.
What You Bring
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in project management with knowledge of manufacturing environments. Experience in custom manufacturing or the POS sector is a strong advantage.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills, project analysis, client expectation management, and ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency with project management tools is required. The ability to read technical drawings is a plus.
- Personal Qualities: Strong communicator, autonomous, highly flexible, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
