About The Role

As our Lead Product Designer, you'll operate at the intersection of craft and strategy. You'll own the overall product design vision — from high-level platform UX architecture down to polished UI execution — partnering directly with the CPO as a strategic partner. This isn't a heads-down execution role; we need someone who can see the big picture, be hands-on, and move fast.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive the overall product design vision and platform-level UX — the holistic end-to-end experience

• Own a scalable design system (components, tokens, patterns) that enables consistency and speed across the product

• Partner with the CPO as a strategic creative voice — shaping product direction, not just executing it

• Collaborate with and guide the Senior Product Designer and Product Managers, sharing context and raising the overall design quality

• Bring an AI-first approach to your workflow — using the latest tools to move faster, prototype smarter, and spend less time on repetitive tasks

• Translate complex B2B use cases into intuitive, simple, and elegant interfaces that users actually enjoy

• Create strong user experiences that drive adoption, nudge users, and remove any friction points

• Establish visual design standards, brand coherence, and UI quality across the platform

✅ What We're Looking For

• 6+ years in product design, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex platforms

• Portfolio showing platform-level UX thinking — not just isolated screens

• Experience leading or mentoring other designers

• Hands-on command of design systems and UI craft

• Use of AI tools actively in your workflow (Figma AI, Cursor, generative prototyping, etc.)

• Confident communicating design rationale to non-designers

• Working-level of English (all documentation is done in English)

• Basic understanding of French

Kazaar est une spin-off SaaS stratégique du groupe Altavia, créée pour transformer la gestion des opérations de marketing offline. Notre plateforme permet aux directions marketing et achats de grandes marques de piloter leurs opérations de print, tout en optimisant la productivité des imprimeurs. L'IA est au cœur de notre produit, et plus de 40M€ d'achats transitent déjà par notre réseau. Forts d'une équipe de 40+ personnes, nous entrons en phase de scale-up.

À propos du poste

En tant que Designer le/la plus senior de l'équipe, vous interviendrez à la croisée du craft et de la stratégie. Vous serez garant(e) de la vision globale du design produit — de l'architecture UX globale jusqu'à l'UI finale — en partenariat direct avec le CPO. Selon votre profil, vous pourrez évoluer vers du management ou du mentorat. Il ne s'agit pas d'un poste d'exécution pure : nous recherchons un profil pragmatique (hands-on), capable de prendre du recul et d'avancer vite.

Tes missions

• Vision & UX : Définir et porter la vision globale du design produit et l'expérience de bout en bout.

• Design System : Gérer un design system évolutif (scalable) garantissant la cohérence et la rapidité du produit.

• Partenaire Stratégique : Façonner l'orientation du produit aux côtés du CPO.

• Mentorat : Guider le Senior Product Designer et collaborer étroitement avec les Product Managers.

• Approche AI-First : Intégrer les outils d'IA (Figma AI, Cursor...) pour concevoir plus vite et automatiser les tâches répétitives.

• Simplification : Traduire des cas d'usage B2B complexes en interfaces simples et intuitives.

• Standards : Établir les standards de design visuel et la qualité UI sur toute la plateforme.

✅ Ce que nous recherchons

• 5+ ans d'expérience en product design, idéalement dans le B2B SaaS ou sur des plateformes complexes.

• Un portfolio démontrant une réflexion UX à l'échelle d'une plateforme (pas d'écrans isolés).

• Une excellente maîtrise des design systems et de la conception UI.

• L'utilisation active d'outils d'IA dans votre quotidien.

• Une aisance à vulgariser et justifier vos choix de design auprès de profils non-designers.

• Un niveau d'anglais professionnel (la documentation est en anglais) et une maîtrise de base du français.

• Une expérience dans l'encadrement ou le mentorat de designers.
