Altavia Kamikaze + K2 is an organisation formed from the merger of Altavia Kamikaze and K2 Precise and K2 Create. The new entity combines the competences of Altavia Kamikaze - a creative and communication agency with a technological DNA, present on the market for 18 years; with the competences of K2 Create - a creative agency with a 26-year history, a precursor of the digital sector in Poland; and K2 Precise - specialising in media campaigns, including performance, SEO, content and martech solutions. The companies operate under a common branding.

Your qualifications

• You have 4-5 years of experience in communication, with a focus on digital and social media, including at least 2 years of agency experience in a similar role.
• You understand what #TEAMwork means, and social media is a constant source of inspiration and development for you.
• You grasp client needs and find ways to support their business and ensure the profitability of agency work.
• You feel a sense of mission and are motivated to take on the challenge of transforming client communications in social media channels.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to organize a productive workspace for your teammates.
• You’re knowledgeable about trends, proactive, and independent—you don’t wait for instructions, you take action!
• You know how and why to use tools like Asana, Sotrender, NapoleonCat, IconoSquare, etc.

• Mandatory: knowledge of Polish language at C2 level
