Altavia Kamikaze + K2 is an organisation formed from the merger of Altavia Kamikaze and K2 Precise and K2 Create. The new entity combines the competences of Altavia Kamikaze - a creative and communication agency with a technological DNA, present on the market for 18 years; with the competences of K2 Create - a creative agency with a 26-year history, a precursor of the digital sector in Poland; and K2 Precise - specialising in media campaigns, including performance, SEO, content and martech solutions. The companies operate under a common branding. 

We are looking for a creative team: Copywriter + Art Director!

What do we expect?

• At least 4 years of experience, including at least 3 years spent in an agency.
• A passion for creating and the ability to collaborate with others – a creative duo is your strength!
• Keeping up with the latest trends in advertising and design – and the ability to bring them to life.
• Proficiency in project management – you can execute great projects while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent command of the Polish language (for the copywriter) and the ability to work with graphic design tools (for the art director).

Your tasks:

• Creating creative ideas that surprise and engage the audience.
• Developing advertising concepts, both in written and visual formats.
• Close collaboration with the creative team during project execution – because teamwork is key!
• Co-creating campaigns that help our clients stand out from the competition.
• Ensuring the highest quality of execution – your work is always at the highest level!
