- Performance Marketing for e/Retail and e/commerce: We design and implement tailor-made strategies, both in-store and online, leveraging data and artificial intelligence to enhance customer monetization and conversion rates. We are also key players in retail media, combining physical and digital activations to maximize impact. Our approach optimizes the ROI of in-store and online activations, increasing conversion rates and unlocking new monetization opportunities.

YOUR MISSION?
As VP New Business, you will report directly to the CEO and be primarily responsible for accelerating new client acquisition across the region (Canada & USA), with a focus on the beauty, health, and retail sectors.
- Define and execute a business development strategy focused on acquiring new clients.
- Manage the sales cycle for both business areas:
- Commodity Marketing: Long cycles (9 to 18 months), involving RFP processes and direct engagement with procurement teams.
- Performance Marketing Retail: Shorter cycles (3-6 months), targeting marketing and commercial decision-makers directly.
- Develop and activate a network of contacts in the retail and eCommerce industry (Walmart, Shoppers, etc.).
- Identify and respond to market opportunities by leveraging our ESG and technological expertise.
- Operate independently with the ability to build and scale a team over time.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- 10 years of experience in business development, ideally within a competing agency.
- Strong experience and network in the retail/eCommerce sector in Canada and the USA.
- Proven track record in business development with international corporations.
- Bilingual in English and French would be nice!
- Strong ability to acquire new clients and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Experience working with major brands and retail/eRetail marketing.
- Natural leadership skills and the ability to build and structure a team as the business grows.
