To develop our business, we are looking for an account manager !

Your Role:

• Responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, ensuring service quality, continuously exploring service optimization solutions, and improving work efficiency and quality.
• Build communication bridges with clients, handle demand adjustments during product production and implementation, and tap into and realize the potential for client collaboration.
• Provide professional consulting and solutions in printing and production to meet client needs.Participate in the optimization of the company’s business processes, covering pre-press, printing, production, and manufacturing stages, to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist superiors in building a procurement network, perfecting the supplier information database, and improving supply chain management.
• Provide technical support and implementation suggestions for the company’s front-end business, such as packaging design, to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, sharing business resources and product development information to promote teamwork.
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

What you need to carry out the mission :

• 5+ years of experience in the related industry, with at least 3 years of experience in communication, with printing and production knowledge.
• Proficient in Office software, familiar with printing and publishing as well as production-related software operations.
• Possess a positive work attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and business travel.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as project management capabilities, to effectively understand and drive client needs.
• Strong customer service awareness, good communication skills in both Chinese and English, as well as Cantonese.
• Team spirit, the ability to maintain high efficiency under pressure, and good adaptability and learning capabilities.

Work Location:

Guangzhou, China, with travel required
