As part of the international Altavia Group, operating in 45 countries with 55 agencies worldwide, we combine global know-how with local agility and close collaboration between our Riga and Warsaw teams to deliver high-quality solutions across print, POS, and retail communication projects.
We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager with a strong client-oriented mindset to join our team and lead print production projects for international clients.
Your role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for daily cooperation with clients, developing relationships with them, and leading their projects that have real visibility on the market - from daily client communication to coordinating production and delivery processes across different markets.
On a daily basis, you will:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners
Manage and coordinate retail communication, print, POS, and production-related projects
Act as the main point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Plan, organize, and supervise project execution from briefing to final delivery
Prepare offers, presentations, quotations, and project documentation
Coordinate production partners and suppliers to ensure quality, timing, and cost efficiency
Support clients with production-related recommendations and technical solutions
Monitor timelines, budgets, and project risks
Collaborate closely with creative, production, and operational teams
Proactively identify improvements and propose new solutions to clients
What we are looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, client service, print production or a related field
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Client-oriented mindset and confidence in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of print production and retail communication processes will be considered a strong advantage
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Fluent Lithuanian and English are required
Latvian and/or Polish language skills will be considered a strong advantage
Very good organizational skills and attention to detail
Good command of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Proactive approach, ownership mindset, and ability to keep projects moving forward
